The order entry process couldn't be any easier. The predominance of the orders we handle are either entered while the customer is on the phone or on line via the internet. The ability to instantaneously produce and send shipping documents to our customers and carriers is a huge time saver for our operations staff. This feature has enabled us to eliminate our "billing department" entirely and to redeploy our order entry staff to customer service activities.
The less than truckload rating and optimization feature alone have more than paid for the cost of the system. It enables our Company to assign the most cost effective carrier on each and every load that can satisfy the requirements of our customers.
The truckload carrier selection process has never been easier. We are now able to automatically post loads to the load matching boards and can easily search our shipments for historical buy and sell rates to maximize load profitability. As a result, we are able to secure much more business which definitely impacts our bottom line.
3PL Systems allows us to manage information pertaining to all of our branches and also of our individual business groups. As a result, we have been able to expand our business operations by opening new offices throughout the country.
The many accounting and productivity features enable us to better manage our collective efforts and allows us to have immediate access to all sorts of financial data. The software has allowed me to manage the finances of our Company more effectively and with no guesswork.
